Ritika Bajaj

Ritika Bajaj is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in clinical research and project management, currently serving as Director of Oversight and Project Management at PPD since May 2021. Prior to this role, Ritika held the position of Associate Director of Global Clinical Trial Operations at MSD from February 2016 to May 2021 and worked as a Healthcare Consultant independently for a brief period. Ritika spent over seven years at Biogen, where responsibilities included leading clinical operations in Southeast Asia and managing relationships with internal and external partners to ensure compliance in clinical trials. Earlier experience includes a Deputy GM position at Eli Lilly and Company, where Ritika oversaw clinical research teams and managed global clinical plans. Ritika began a career in dentistry as a Dental Surgeon at Mata Chanan Devi Hospital. Ritika holds a BDS degree in Dentistry from Annamalai University.
