Shubhra Bansal, Ph.D., PGDM, currently serves as the Executive Director of Project Delivery and Strategy at PPD, where the focus is on innovative and cost-effective solutions for clinical trials. With extensive experience in operational strategy and project management within the clinical research sector, Shubhra has held various leadership roles, including Senior Director and Director at TRANSLATIONAL HEALTH SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY INSTITUTE and Director of Clinical Management at PPD. Prior experience includes roles as Clinical Team Leader and Ops Manager at Inotek Pharmaceuticals and Clinical Research Associate at Eli Lilly. Shubhra holds a Ph.D. in Clinical Research from Texila American University Consortium, an Executive MBA in Operations Management, and a Master's in Toxicology.
