Susan Vacchi

Susan Vacchi, SPHR, possesses extensive experience in human resources and learning development. They began their career as a Human Resources and Training Manager at West Marine and have held several key roles, including Director of Learning at PPD and various instructional and curriculum design positions with Compass Group. Currently, Susan serves as the Senior Director of Learning at PPD while pursuing both a Master of Arts at Webster University and a Bachelor of Science at Cornell University. They are committed to creating a culture of learning by inspiring leaders to develop their associates.
