Tea Koskela

Tea Koskela is a seasoned Manager of Clinical Operations with extensive experience in the clinical research field. They have held several leadership roles, including Director of Quality Assurance and Country Manager at IRW Consulting AB, where they developed quality assurance processes and oversaw recruitment and training. Tea has also served as Clinical Team Manager at PPD and worked in various capacities at companies such as MSD Finland and PRA Health Sciences. Currently, they are enhancing their expertise through ongoing studies at the Helsinki Nursing Institute.
