Thomas Bouillon

Thomas Bouillon is a Principal Pharmacometrician at PPD, bringing 25 years of experience in pharmacometric techniques and 15 years of clinical expertise as a Board-Certified physician in anesthesiology. They have significantly contributed to advancements in drug therapy and are a co-inventor of SmartPilotTM, holding several patents in the field. Previously, Thomas held positions as Senior Pharmacometrician at BioNotus, Associate Director at IntiQuan GmbH, and Senior Expert Modeler at Novartis, among others. Thomas has also served as an Associate Professor in Pharmacometrics at KU Leuven, where they honed their leadership skills by mentoring project teams. Currently, they are investigating process optimization in pharmacometrics, utilizing supervised learning methods.
