Tracy Blake

Tracy Blake is a passionate root cause analysis investigator and TapRooT certified instructor with extensive experience in Pharmaceutical Chemistry. They have over ten years of experience performing Root Cause Analysis of deviations and investigations within GLP and GMP environments. Previously, Tracy held various roles at PPD, including Associate Group Leader and Lead Quality Investigator, and worked at Perrigo Company as a Quality Control Chemist III and Continuous Improvement Engineer. Tracy obtained a Bachelor of Science in Forensic Chemistry from Lake Superior State University and is currently focused on leading investigations and implementing process improvements in pharmaceutical testing.
