William W. McHugh

William W. McHugh, Esq. is a Contract Manager at PPD, where they draft, review, negotiate, and finalize contracts with study sites as part of the Global Site Activation Team. McHugh has also held positions as a Legal Assistant and a Food and Nutrition Coordinator at New Hanover Regional Medical Center. They hold a Juris Doctor from St. Thomas University Benjamin L. Crump College of Law and a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and Social Science from Florida Atlantic University. Additionally, McHugh serves as a Council Member for the Town of Leland.
