Benjamin Smith

Benjamin Smith is a senior-level business and operations executive with extensive experience in optimizing manufacturing production and enhancing team performance. Currently serving as the General Manager at PPG since 2024, Benjamin manages a team of approximately 300 while holding P&L responsibility. Previously at Raytheon Technologies, Benjamin managed a high-performing military landing gear operation and executed numerous initiatives that significantly improved operational efficiencies and cost reductions. Benjamin holds an MBA in Business Administration from Colorado State University Pueblo and a Bachelor of Science in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering from the United States Merchant Marine Academy.
