David X Wang is an experienced executive with a robust background in business management and strategic development, currently serving as the SVP and Regional Chief Executive for CIF Greater China at Bureau Veritas Group since July 2016. With a long-standing tenure at PPG Industries since 1998 as General Manager of PMC for Greater China, David is responsible for the full P&L and has successfully led comprehensive teams across various functions to achieve aggressive growth targets while ensuring compliance with company policies. Previously, from 1990 to 1998, David excelled as Sales Director at AkzoNobel, where responsibilities included establishing a new legal entity, developing strategic initiatives, and driving commercial success. David holds an MBA from Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussees and Tong Ji University, earned between 2001 and 2003.
