David Rhing

David Rhing has extensive experience in the IT sector, having spent over four decades at PPG Industries since January 1979, with a focus on project management in the Shared Financial Services department. David Rhing retired in 2013 but continued to contribute to PPG until present. David Rhing holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics, with a focus in Computer Technology, from PennWest Edinboro, earned from 1974 to 1978.
