Eric Friend is an experienced professional in the fields of data science and product management. Currently serving as an AI/ML Digital Product Manager and Data Scientist at PPG since February 2022, Eric has previously held roles including Graduate Data Science Intern at Nike and Purchasing Coordinator | Industrial Engineer at Epic Metals. With a Master's degree in Information Systems Management focusing on Business Intelligence and Data Analytics from Carnegie Mellon University's Heinz College and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh, Eric has developed a strong foundation in both technical and managerial aspects of data-driven decision-making.
