Jon Hatfield

Jon Hatfield is an accomplished business director with extensive experience in automotive refinish, procurement, and chemical sourcing. Currently serving as the Automotive Refinish Business Director for North EMEA at PPG since October 2008, Jon Hatfield oversees a vast team and has successfully integrated operations across multiple countries while driving significant sales growth and product innovations. Previously, Jon Hatfield held various leadership roles within PPG, demonstrating expertise in procurement management across EMEA and USCA, as well as logistics sourcing. Prior experience includes strategic procurement roles at Rohm and Haas and Courtaulds PLC, complemented by strong educational credentials, including an MBA from Durham University and a BEng in Chemical Engineering from The University of Manchester.
