Mark Bono has extensive experience in the collision industry, currently serving as an Estimatics and Technical Trainer at Bill Brown Ford Collision since November 2016. In addition, Mark has been an Instructor at I-CAR since 1995, educating the industry on proper collision repair technologies, and has also been an Instructor for PPG Industries since 2012, focusing on business development programs. As President of Collision Industry Training Consulting and Organizational Development (CITCOD) since March 2011, Mark leads training initiatives for the collision industry. Previous roles include Business Development Manager at Adrian's Collision and Auto Pride Collision, where Mark developed strategies for process improvement, and Body Shop Manager at Cawood Auto Company for 16 years. Mark's educational background includes studies at Macomb Community College and Spartan College of Aeronautics and Technology.
