Roger Sheldon is an experienced manufacturing executive with a strong background in the aerospace and chemical industries. Currently serving as the Director of Manufacturing for PPG Aerospace since September 2022, Roger oversees the performance and resources of six North American manufacturing plants, focusing on safety, quality, delivery, and cost improvements. Prior to this role, Roger held positions at Arkema as the Director of Operations for Bostik Adhesives, managing multiple manufacturing sites, and at Bostik as Plant Manager, responsible for a complex manufacturing operation serving various markets. Roger began a career in manufacturing with MacDermid Inc, progressing through roles that included Plant Manager and Manufacturing Manager, and holds a BEng (Hons) degree in Chemical Engineering from The University of Manchester.
