Wayne Handy

Wayne Handy is a results-oriented Program Manager at PPG Aerospace, with over 20 years of experience in structural and manufacturing engineering, new product introduction, and project management. Previously, Wayne served as a Senior Program Manager for New Product Development at Remington Arms, where they successfully led cross-functional teams and managed all aspects of product development from inception to mass production. Wayne's engineering management background includes significant roles at companies such as Ingersoll Rand and Sanmina, where they focused on lean practices and productivity improvements. Wayne holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the State University of New York Institute of Technology at Utica/Rome and is currently pursuing an Associate of Science in Mechanical Engineering/Mechanical Technology at Mohawk Valley Community College.
