Alessandro Mannello is currently the Group Bars Manager for the UK and EU at PPHE Hotel Group. With a strong background in the hospitality industry, they have held various management positions in bars, restaurants, boutique hotels, and members' clubs across key markets including London, Bologna, Milan, and Lake Garda. Alessandro's education includes a Master’s degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and Management from Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna. They previously worked as a Bars Manager in several establishments, including pre-opening roles and as the Director of Food and Beverage at Hotel Villa Arcadio.
