Elsa Millansky

Elsa Millansky has a strong background in Human Resources and Learning & Development. Elsa has held various roles in different companies throughout their career. Most recently, they worked as an IIP Practitioner at Investors in People and as a CIPD Associate at CIPD. Prior to that, they served as the Director of People & HR Technology at PPHE Hotel Group. Elsa also has experience as an Interim Human Resources Consultant at Kout Food Group, an Interim Learning & Development Consultant at Peyton & Byrne Ltd, and the Head of Human Resources at Pod Food. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Human Resources Manager at Nando's UK & IRE, the Head of HR Projects and the Head of Learning and Development at EAT., and the Training & Development Manager at Pret A Manger. Elsa has accumulated significant expertise and knowledge in the field of HR and L&D through their diverse work experience.

From 2002 to 2004, Elsa Millansky attended the University of Westminster, where they earned a MAPD degree in Human Resources.
