Michael Jeffries

Michael Jeffries has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, beginning as an Assistant Manager at Whitbread from April 2002 to March 2005, where responsibilities included supporting day-to-day operations of a Premier Inn hotel and Brewers Fayre restaurant. Following this role, Michael advanced to General Manager, overseeing an 80-bedroom hotel and a 240-cover restaurant while managing Profit & Loss accounts for 14 other hotels. From August 2019 to July 2023, Michael worked at Greene King in various managerial positions, including Operations Manager and Business Unit Director, successfully managing a 34-bedroom hotel and a significant wedding business. Currently, since July 2025, Michael serves as Director of Food and Beverage at PPHE Hotel Group, supporting the company's portfolio across the UK, Netherlands, and Italy.
