Rodrigo Silva possesses extensive culinary experience across various prestigious establishments. Starting as an apprentice at RESTAURANTE PARÍS and A Torre Restaurant, Silva advanced to positions such as Cozinheiro at Corinthia Hotels Limited and Restaurante Bica do Sapato. Notably, Silva held the title of Chef de Partie at Alma under Henrique Sá Pessoa and served as a Junior Chef at D'wine Gulla Restaurant. Silva's leadership skills were further demonstrated as Sous Chef at Arca - art’otel Hotel, before transitioning to Head Chef at PPHE Hotel Group in August 2023. Additional experience includes an internship at Ricard Camarena and a role as Assistant Production at Kinéma, complemented by the opening of an eco-friendly resort as Chef de Cuisine at White Shell Beach Villas. Educational credentials include a Level 4 degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management from EPSM- Escola Profissional de Salvaterra de Magos.
