Joe C. is an experienced leader in the machinery industry, having served as President of Van Gorp Corporation from 2002 to 2023. With a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from West Virginia University, Joe has demonstrated skills in negotiation, operations management, international business, team building, and purchasing. Prior to their role at Van Gorp, they held positions at Emerson Power Transmission, Limitorque, and ROH, contributing to various projects and functions in engineering and management. Currently, Joe is the President of CONTINENTAL SCREW CONVEYOR DBA CONVEYANCE SOLUTIONS BY CONTINENTAL and has taken on the role of Director of Supply Chain Management at PPI - Precision Pulley & Idler in 2025.
