Melisa Howard

Melisa Howard has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and organizations. Melisa has worked at PPI since 2021, starting as a Project Manager and Consultant and later becoming the Director of Business Solutions. Prior to PPI, they worked at Manulife for several years. Their roles at Manulife included Business Consultant, Senior Business Analyst, Intermediate Business Analyst, Senior Compensation Specialist, Distributor Service Associate, Commission Specialist, and Segregated Fund Administrative Associate.

Melisa Howard holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Wilfrid Laurier University. In addition, they have obtained a certification in Customer Experience: Journey Mapping from LinkedIn in February 2019.
