Trevor Jackson has extensive experience in IT operations and support, currently serving as the Director of IT Operations and Support at PPI since November 2004. Trevor has held various roles within PPI, including Manager of Information Services, Network Engineer and Technical Engagement Coordinator, as well as Network Engineer and Network Administrator. Prior to PPI, Trevor worked as a PC Support Analyst at Miller Thomson LLP from June 2003 to March 2004, where responsibilities included supporting Intel PCs and laptops, various Windows operating systems, network printing, and Novell 6 Network Operating System, as well as installation and hardware support for specific desktop models.
