Kate Simpson is a strategic director with a strong focus on fostering systems for learning, collaboration, and impactful change. They served as a Senior Programme Manager at Nesta from 2017 to 2019, where they led systemic change initiatives in children's mental health, elective care, and more. Prior to this, they were involved with operational roles at Family Mosaic and contributed to innovative transformation approaches as a senior leader during the Covid-19 response. Currently, Kate holds the position of Director, Civil Society and Communities at PPL. They also completed a PGDip in Mental Health Practice at Middlesex University in 2013.
