Gillian Bennett

Gillian Bennett is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in various senior human resources roles across notable organizations. Currently serving as Snr HR Operations Manager at PPL since May 2022, Gillian's previous positions include Head of HR at The Ardonagh Group and Snr HR Business Partner during a secondment at Architas. Prior experience includes a Senior HR Business Partner role at AXA, where support was provided to UK Executive Committee members, as well as significant contributions to HR transformation initiatives at AXA UK and in the Claims Transformation Programme. Gillian's career began at Siemens Metering Ltd and includes various HR management and consultancy roles, demonstrating a solid background in strategic people planning and business partnering. Educated at The University of Salford with a BSc (Hons) in Business and Management studies, Gillian brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the HR field.
