Natalie Wade

Natalie Wade is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the arts and project management sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Industry Relations & Engagement at PPL since September 2022, Natalie also co-founded The Cat's Mother in November 2019 and has been the Founder and CEO of Small Green Shoots since July 2009, where a focus on creating accessible music and arts-related events for youth has been paramount. Prior experience includes project management at Matrix Organisation Ltd from September 2003 to July 2009, where responsibilities encompassed project delivery and partnership agreements, and as a freelance consultant for Arts Council England, where Natalie engaged with organizations for funding opportunities. Academically, Natalie holds a distinction in Event Management from King's College London and a 2.1 in Media and Sociology from City, University of London, supplemented by A levels and GCSEs from Barnet College and Winchmore School, respectively.
