Tim Silver

Tim Silver has extensive work experience in the music industry, with a focus on music reporting, distribution, and international operations. Tim has held various leadership roles at PPL, including Head of Business Services and Head of Music Reporting Services, where they led a team of 20 employees and implemented operational improvements. Tim also served as the Head of International, leading a change program to integrate operational capabilities and drive growth. Prior to PPL, they worked as a Management Consultant at Deloitte Consulting and as a Business Solutions Manager at Universal Music Group. Tim began their career as a Consultant at Capgemini.

Tim Silver attended Swansea University from 1993 to 1996, where they pursued a BSc Joint Hons degree in Geography and Topographic Science.
