Paula DeSantis

Paula DeSantis is a seasoned IT professional with over two decades of experience in programming, quality assurance, and business integration analysis. Paula began a career as a Learning Disabilities Teacher at William Chrisman High School before transitioning into technology roles. At DST Systems, Paula served as an Analyst Programmer II, followed by a long tenure at GEHA, where initial responsibilities as a Senior Analyst Programmer involved leading project lifecycles and enhancing user experiences, later advancing to a Senior Quality Analyst - Lead, overseeing testing efforts and mentoring junior team members. Currently, Paula holds the position of Senior Business Integration Analyst at GEHA Health, contributing extensive expertise in process optimization and system integration.
