Nancy Escobedo

Nancy joined the Sheriff's Department in 1997. She was promoted from Custody Assistant to Deputy in 2001. Her assignments included MCJ, Court Services, Pico Rivera Station, Summer Crime Suppression Team, Problems Specific Policing Team and Field Training Officer and Board of Supervisor's Liaison Team. She was promoted to Sergeant in 2014 and worked assignments within Custody Division, Patrol Division, Professional Standards Division and Office of the Sheriff. She was promoted to Lieutenant in 2020. She served as PPOA delegate and committee member/co-chair of "999 for Kids" program. She was selected by the board to serve as PPOA president in August 2022.
