Tracy Miller

Tracy has over twenty years of HR experience in various industries that includes hospitality, nonprofit, healthcare, waste treatment and disposal, and manufacturing. As a trusted business partner, she has supported both small and large companies, privately and publicly held. She has extensive experience as a generalist, but her passion and focus areas are coaching, training and development, change management, compliance, employee engagement, investigations, and talent acquisitions.

Tracy earned a B.B.A. in Business Administration from Iowa State University and has been a certified Professional in Human Resources from HRCI for over seventeen years.
