Bhavesh Joshi

Bhavesh Joshi is an impact-oriented engineering executive with over 30 years of experience in mechanical design and project execution within the heavy engineering and steel manufacturing sectors. Currently serving as AVP & Head of Mechanical Design at P. P. Rolling Mills, Bhavesh leads multidisciplinary teams to develop innovative engineering solutions and drive operational excellence. Previously, as Head of Engineering at SMS Siemag India, Bhavesh transformed the department into a Global Competence Center, pioneering design standardization and best practices. Bhavesh holds a B.E. in Mechanical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology, Jamshedpur, alongside multiple diplomas in computer applications and consultancy.
