Birgit and her global team (EMEA, Americas, APAC) manage the financial and legal risk exposure for the PPRO Group. This includes Merger & Acquisition (M& A) activities and legal counsel for all regulatory and corporate governance topics. Birgit is also the Authorised Manager for the regulated entity in Luxembourg.
She is an experienced legal expert, with a PhD in Law (University of Vienna) and a Masters in European Law (LLM). Birgit joined them in 2018 and has over twenty years of experience across sectors having held senior positions in Starhome Mach, AIB, and OMV.
Exercising in the gym, exploring the great outdoors, or quality time with her three children is where you’ll find Birgit in her spare time.
