Premier Physician Support Services is a Medical Services Organization ("MSO"​) created by physicians and experienced healthcare executives. Premier Physician Support Services is focused on developing and supporting networks of Primary Care Physicians ("PCPs"​) under global or full medical risk partnership arrangements with HMOs and other payors. Premier Physician Support Services's model focuses on assisting the Primary Care Physician (PCP) to manage and coordinate the overall patient's healthcare needs, because we believe that this approach has the most potential impact on the utilization of the medical budget while improving quality and preserving the doctor-patient relationship. We work closely with the PCP to improve the patient's quality of care and outcomes while lowering medical costs. Our PCPs are generally compensated via a primary care capitation and are never placed at financial risk for any medical losses incurred by their members.
