What makes PQ Talent different?

First, we are innovators in creative, analytical, and effective recruiting methods that bring clients and candidates together. Second, we listen to clients’ expectations and their employment staffing concerns, and find out how we can facilitate both. Put it all together, and you get a name that speaks volumes and a company with an ear for needs.

PQ Talent founder, Nathan Hedrick, is not your typical “headhunter”. A Purdue Engineering Graduate with roots in a small farming community helped structure the work ethic, and core values of PQ Talent. Nate has 10+ years of Hydraulics and Automation industry experience working with and for Fortune 500 companies to private smaller organizations in engineering and sales roles. Nate has a unique dichotomy of Left Brain, Right Brain that allows an analytical yet creative ability to succeed.
