Gary Satler

Gary Satler is currently the Global Silicas Operations Business Director at PQ Corporation and has held significant roles in operations management across the chemicals and coatings industries for over 15 years. Previously, Gary served as a Senior Director for Integrated Supply Chain at Honeywell, where they managed full P&L responsibility for multiple manufacturing plants. Gary's extensive experience includes team building, employee engagement, and continuous improvement initiatives, underpinned by a BS in Chemical Engineering from the University of Detroit Mercy and an MBA from The University of Texas at Dallas. In addition to operational leadership, Gary has contributed to strategic oversight as a board member at ConverDyn, focusing on UF6 conversion for nuclear power facilities.
