Michael Hess

Michael Hess, MBA, MS-ITM, is the Process Controls and Electrical Group Lead at PQ Corporation, where they oversee the North American Electrical and Controls Engineering Team. Previously, they served as Site Controls Engineer at Mars, leading a team to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. Michael also held significant roles at ConAgra Foods and TreeHouse Foods, managing capital engineering activities across multiple sites. They earned a Master's degree in Information Technology Management and an MBA in Accounting and Finance, both from Creighton University, following a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
