Sat Kumar

Sat Kumar has extensive experience in human resources, with a focus on talent management, recruitment, training and development, and corporate HR. Their most recent role was as the Head of HR and Local Equity Partner at PQE Group, where they were responsible for HR operations and served as a partner. Prior to this, they held positions such as Head of HR and Associate Partner at PQE Group, Head of HR - India at PQE Group, and Manager - HR (Shared Service) at DENSO. Sat also gained experience in talent management as the Manager and Deputy Manager at Akorn, Inc. In addition, they have worked in corporate HR roles at Munjal Auto Industries Limited, Vikas Group, POLYMED, Kilitch Drugs India, and CJOS. Throughout their career, Sat Kumar has demonstrated expertise in people management, capability building, event management, employee engagement, recruitment, training and development, and HR operations.

Sat Kumar obtained an MBA in HR from DAV Institute of Management, Faridabad at Maharshi Dayanand University Rohtak. In addition to their degree, they have also obtained several certifications including Certified PPA Practitioner from Thomas Assessments Pvt Ltd (India & SAARC Region) in July 2016, Recruitment Analyst from Middle Earth HR in October 2014, and Psychometric Testing (FIRO-B and Johari Window) from Udai Pareek HR Labs in January 2014.
