When passion and work collide, unbounded creativity and inspiration are unleashed. Health, fitness and wellness are my life and work, allowing me to have an unmatched understanding and dedication to this space. I take the road less traveled and this fresh approach to PR + marketing takes brands out of their comfort zone and into greatness!

8+ years in the PR industry has taught me that you're never going to win or be the best if you follow in the same footsteps as everyone else. You must dare to be great, take risks, think bigger than you have ever thought before and believe in yourself. It's no longer about who has the best sports bra, tastiest juice or hardest workout - it's about the story and feeling it evokes. As a seasoned PR and marketing guru, I work with brands to break the rules and achieve m o r e. Through strategic campaigns, deeply rooted relationships, collaborative thinking and one-on-one consultation, I help brands find their voice and achieve visibility and credibility in the marketplace. Let's find your authentic voice and get the world to pay attention!

Since 2014, I have independently consulted with brands in the wellness space including Kore Kitchen, Kelsey Patel, Fala Bar, Juice So Good, Coffee So Good, Vie Healing, XO Fitness, Nesh NYC, Jennie Miremadi and Stanton & Company's clients including Enzymedica, Lewis Howes, Pure Organics, Dr. Edison de Mello, among others. I specialize in working with experts and wellness brands for media placements, branding opportunities, digital marketing and partnerships.
