Steve Buchanan has extensive experience in sales and management within the electronics and manufacturing sectors. Currently serving as Global Sales Development Manager at PR electronics since April 2009, Steve has held various roles including Product Marketing Manager, UK Sales Manager, and ATEX Sales Manager. Responsibilities have included budget management, key account management, and enhancing the sales team's technical knowledge on functional safety and ATEX applications. Prior to PR electronics, Steve worked at Contax Ltd as Sales Manager, overseeing sales of electronics manufacturing capital equipment, and held the position of Area Sales Manager at Cookson Electronics. Steve began a career in the industry with DEK, serving as Project KAM, focusing on the development of SMT printer capital equipment and providing comprehensive customer support.
