Ben Kaplan's work experience includes serving as the CEO of TOP, a global agency network specializing in marketing disciplines such as advertising, digital marketing, and PR. Prior to this, they founded and served as the CEO of PR Hacker, a data-driven PR agency. Ben also founded and served as the CEO of National Today, a media platform that connects brands with consumers through unique holidays. Additionally, Kaplan founded and served as the President of City of College Dreams, a nonprofit organization. Ben has also held roles as a Technical Consultant at Janrain, Inc., a Consultant and Advisory Board Member at OppenheimerFunds, an Education Correspondent at KMOX-AM Radio, and an Education Columnist at The Oregonian. Furthermore, Kaplan has worked as a Scholarship Spokesperson and Consultant at Sallie Mae and as a Resident Scholarship Coach at FastWeb.

Ben Kaplan attended South Eugene High School from 1991 to 1995. Following their high school education, they attended Harvard University from 1995 to 1999. Ben obtained an A.B. degree in Economics from Harvard University, graduating Magna Cum Laude.
