Beau Leese

Beau Leese is the co-founder and CEO of Practera, an experiential education technology company, a role held since 2015. They lead a diverse global team across 10 countries and help universities, governments and businesses design and deliver experiential learning solutions. Prior to Practera, they were a Director in Deloitte's Strategy & Operations practice from 2005 to 2010, and worked at CSIRO in 2010–2012 in roles including Deputy General Manager, Business Development & International and Acting General Manager, Business Development & International; they also held the title General Manager, Strategy, Innovation & International. They earned a Bachelor of Law, a Bachelor of Arts, and a Master of Marketing from The University of Western Australia, a Graduate Certificate in Executive Leadership from the Australian Graduate School of Management in 2011, and became a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors in 2012. They attended Forrestfield Senior High School.
