Maxine McBride

Maxine McBride is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in various roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as an HR Business Partner at Practical Action since October 2025, Maxine previously held management positions at The Air Ambulance Service and George Eliot Hospital NHS Trust, where responsibilities included employee relations, policy implementation, and strategic HR advice. Maxine's career began with foundational roles at Sense, NHS University Hospitals Coventry and Warwickshire, and Jaguar Land Rover, all of which contributed to a robust skill set in HR administration and support.
