Monicah Rapando

Monicah Rapando is a seasoned professional in agribusiness and project coordination, currently serving as a Senior Project Officer at Practical Action since March 2023. Prior roles include Regional Agribusiness Coordinator and County Agribusiness Coordinator at Cereal Growers Association, where Monicah coordinated the implementation of the Farm-to-Market Alliance project across four counties in Western Kenya and facilitated job creation through partnerships. Monicah also worked as a Consultant at Andreas Hermes Akademie, focusing on strengthening farmer organizations, and served as Agribusiness Coordinator at Kenya National Farmers' Federation (KENAFF), emphasizing farmer empowerment through value chain approaches.
