Roxana Ramos currently serves as the Directora del Proyecto Andes Amazónico at Practical Action, leading a cross-border program aimed at promoting the conservation of a biodiverse landscape between Peru and Ecuador, while supporting sustainable economic development and climate action in collaboration with indigenous peoples and local cooperatives. Previously, Roxana held the position of Deputy Chief of Party for the USAID Pro-Bosques Project at Tetra Tech/ARD Inc., where management and operational coordination were provided for a large team across several regions. Roxana possesses extensive experience in forest conservation and environmental management, having held roles such as Directora Técnica at Fundación ProNaturaleza, Gerente de Proyecto at the MINAM, and several key positions focused on project management and evaluation at various organizations. Roxana holds a Doctorado en Economía de los Recursos Naturales y Desarrollo Sustentable from Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México and has completed multiple specialized programs in sustainable development and project management.
