Sazini Mojapelo

They are the Chairperson of the Board at Practical Action and the Global Gender GBV Lead for the International Finance Corporation, roles they have held since 2024. They also serve as a Board Member at the Momentum Metropolitan Foundation (2023–Present) and as Chairperson of the Board at the Southern Africa Trust (2020–Present). Previously, they were the Managing Executive Corporate Citizenship at Absa Group (2015–2022) and the Chief Executive Officer of HandinHand Southern Africa (2008–2014), which they co-founded. They earned a credential from Harvard Business School and held a Masters in Development Studies from the University of Cape Town, as well as a BSc Hons in Development Studies and Social Transformation from the University of Cape Town.
