Monitoring and Evaluation

The Monitoring and Evaluation team at Practical Action is responsible for assessing the effectiveness and impact of our international development projects. This team designs and implements evaluation frameworks to monitor project progress, collects and analyzes data to gauge outcomes, and provides insights that inform strategic planning and decision-making. By ensuring that our solutions are impactful, sustainable, and replicable, they help us to continuously improve and expand our initiatives that aim to alleviate poverty, combat climate change, and promote gender equality.
