Jon Hicks is currently employed as an Enterprise Resources Planning Implementation Consultant at Practical Software Solutions since 2021. Prior to this, they were an IT Intern at Krispy Kreme since 2021.

Jon Hicks attended the Walker College of Business at Appalachian State University from 2017 to 2021, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Cybersecurity.
