Maxi Glas is a strategic transformation leader with over 20 years of international experience in Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, and Operations. Currently serving as Managing Partner at Practical Strategy Ltd since June 2025, Maxi has previously held key positions including Director Service Partner+ at Savills, where responsibilities included leading the Source to Pay function and enhancing client outcomes. As Finance Director at bibliotheca, Maxi developed a Global Finance Shared Service Centre during the pandemic. Past roles also include VP at Vizibl, Interim Head of Supplier Management at Lloyds Banking Group, and Head of Procurement Performance and Strategy at GlaxoSmithKline. Early career experience includes various leadership roles at Vodafone, focusing on global supply chain management and financial operations. Maxi holds an MBA in Strategy from The Open University and an Advanced Postgraduate Diploma in Management Consultancy from Henley Business School.
