Charu Noheria

Charu Noheria has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. In 2018, they co-founded Practically and served as the Chief Operating Officer. Prior to that, they co-founded Corsalite in 2014, an adaptive learning and gamification platform for students and teachers. At Corsalite, they streamlined the learning and test-taking process, reducing waste in the system.

In 2007, Charu worked as an Advisor at Noheria Nursing Home. Charu also held positions in strategic leadership development and technology partnerships at Lumeris from 2012 to 2016. During their time at Lumeris, they led projects of strategic significance and managed a 250+ employee technology division. Additionally, Charu served as a Faculty Assistant at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 2011.

In various student organizations, Charu held leadership roles such as Vice-President of Service Corps, Net Impact UIUC Chapter and President of TEDxUIUC Registered Student Organization. Furthermore, they gained experience in strategic business development through an MBA internship at Carle Foundation Hospital in 2011. Charu also worked as the Manager of Customer Relations at TEDxUIUC from 2010 to 2011.

Throughout their career, Charu has demonstrated strong leadership and strategic thinking skills, as well as a passion for education and technology.

Charu Noheria's education history begins with their attendance at Sacred Heart Sr. Sec. School in Chandigarh, India, from 1988 to 2000. During this time, there is no specific degree or field of study specified.

After completing their secondary education, Charu went on to pursue a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Computer Science from RV College of Engineering, attending from 2003 to 2007.

Later on, Charu Noheria decided to further enhance their academic qualifications by pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus in Strategy and Operations. They attended the Gies College of Business at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign from 2010 to 2012 to obtain this degree.
