Emily Paddon is an experienced education professional with a strong background in early childhood and literacy development. Since May 2018, Emily has served as a Reading Tutor at Practice Makes Perfect, leading tutoring sessions and implementing literacy curricula for second-grade students. As a Program Manager at the same organization, Emily managed summer programs across multiple public schools, tracking attendance and maintaining communication with parents and school administrators. Previous experience includes a Team Leader role at Jumpstart, where Emily facilitated preschool classroom activities and fostered family involvement in children’s learning, and a Teaching Fellow position at Practice Makes Perfect. Emily's career began with roles in theater education as a Camp Counselor and General Manager at Porchlight Productions. Emily holds a Master of Science in Early Childhood Special Education and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Fordham University, along with ongoing studies in Psychology and Elementary Education at The College of New Jersey.

It is redefining the summer learning experience for underprivileged students.
