Joyce Ng

Joyce Ng has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Joyce began their career at QHR Technologies in 2015, where they held various positions including Client Services Analyst, Onboarding Specialist, Client Services Team Lead, and Senior Enterprise Relationship Manager. In 2019, Joyce joined Practice Better as a Customer Success Lead before transitioning to the role of Associate Product Manager in December 2021.

Joyce Ng holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Language and Literature, General from York University. Additionally, they have obtained a Product Manager Certificate from Product School in November 2021.
